This has been accomplished via Williams-Sonoma Singapore Pte. Ltd. ( "WSSPL") which is the foreign entity of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. The aim of this document is to:

• Walk you through the general information which will be the same despite the country where product will be shipped.
• Give specific information which is appropriate to specific destination countries.
